All charges are based on current Royal Mail prices
Please allow 28 days for delivery. If your parcel hasn't arrived we can give you a shipping date but until the 28 day mark the parcel won't be declared officially missing by the Post Office. If there are any problems with your order please inform us as soon as possible.
Orders are usually posted within a week- you will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. The delivery times listed for the postage options are the Royal Mail's expected delivery times from the posting date.
There is an option to include your phone number when you sign up to the site, please note that we will never pass your phone number on to a third party or use it for any other purposes than to contact you with regard to an order, though we will always attempt to contact you via email first. Some Carriers request a phone number for larger orders, so it is possible that we may have to provide it to a courier company or ask you for a contact number for them when shipping your parcel.
We will remove the VAT before processing payment for countries that fall outside the EU VAT zone on orders over £10.00 not icluding postage. This equates to 16.67% off the listed price on vatable goods. (books are not subject to VAT so will be charged at the listed price). The EU VAT zone countries are: The UK and Isle of Man, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, The Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Slovenia, Sweden.
If you want to pay by Paypal and are from a non EU country please select the option to pay by cheque or money order and we will then send you a paypal invoice that has had the VAT removed. Alternately, when your order is processed we will refund any excess payment through paypal.
Please note, that your order may be subject to taxes levied by your country's customs on import, this is beyond our control and we are not liable for any such charges, they are not included in our listed postage prices and we do not have the option of paying them in advance.
