All the miniature listed on our site are supplied unpainted and in many cases assembly
and preparation is required before they can be painted.
All charges are based on current Royal Mail prices
Orders are usually posted within a week- you will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
During busy periods it may take us a little longer to process orders as a lot of our miniatures are cast on demand. The delivery times listed for the postage options are the Royal Mail's expected delivery times from the posting date.
Please note that once an order is paid for and listed as 'processing' on our site, the next step is 'shipped' there are no intervening statuses, so please don't be concerned if your order is listed as processing for a number of days- we will be picking and packing it during this time. If you have any questions about your order please don't hesitate to get in touch, we endeavour to answer emails the same day whenever possible.
Please allow 28 days for delivery. If your parcel hasn't arrived we can give you a shipping date but until the 28 day mark the parcel won't be declared officially missing by the Post Office. If there are any problems with your order please inform us as soon as possible. ERRORS: Please inform us as soon as possible of any missing or defective items in your order and we will send the missing item or a replacement as soon as we can, there will be no postage to pay on items missed or damaged.
If you make a mistake placing your order and wish to cancel or amend it please get in touch with us as soon as you can, we ship some smaller orders within 24 hours.
RETURNS: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from RPE Miniatures and Games, you can return your items for a full refund within 60 days of the original delivery date.
Returns must be unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping amount
If the product is defective or the return is a result of our error, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will pay the return shipping costs to a maximum of £8.50. Instructions for returns will be supplied in response to an email. So please Contact us and wait for a reply before you return anything.
There is an option to include your phone number when you sign up to the site, please note that we will never pass your phone number on to a third party or use it for any other purposes than to contact you with regard to an order, though we will always attempt to contact you via email first. Some Carriers request a phone number for larger orders, so it is possible that we may have to provide it to a courier company or ask you for a contact number for them when shipping your parcel.
If you are logged in and ordering from a non EU country the VAT is automatically
removed at checkout, (equivalent to a 16.67% reduction on listed prices)

Please note, that your order may be subject to taxes levied by your country's customs on import, this is beyond our control and we are not liable for any such charges, they are not included in our listed postage prices and we do not have the option of paying them in advance.
